Salon Policies
- All clients must check in to receive service.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.
- It is recommeded that clients call in advance when requesting intricate nail art designs to ensure enough time is reserved for services.
- Please be advised that management reserves the right to adjust or reduce appointment times, or terminate services if guest is tardy for their scheduled appointment.
- We request 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late for your appintment, you will be marked as a no show and treated as a walk-in upon arrival.
- Scheduling an appointment guarantees service, but does not guarantee your service will begin exactly at the requested time. Estimated and actual service times vary but we will make every effort to begin promptly at your scheduled time. Please allow for extra time in your schedule when making an appointment.
- The time block for each service is an estimated value based on typical average time spent. Actual service time may vary depending on the selection of services at check-in and the condition of each customer.
- Listed price online for each service is for our lowest price package. Actual pricing may vary depending on the customer's request.
- **NO REFUNDS** If you are dissatisfied with your results or service at any time, we request that you alert a manager immediately.
- Any client or children of clients causing a disruption to the atmosphere of the salon, or does not follow salon policy will be denied service and asked to leave. THANK YOU for your understanding!
